1. How do you send receipts for online purchases?

   We send a receipt with the confirmation email and will send another copy with the completed order.
   

2. How are the CDs shipped?

   Cds are sent via Postal Service.
   

3. How are the dulcimers shipped?

   The dulcimers are shipped via UPS. The handle on the case is removed for shipping purposes and placed within the case.
   

4. Why are the Union Grove Concert CDs more expensive than the other CDs?

   A portion of price for the Union Grove Concert CDs is donated to the band.
